1. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
Items may be returned or exchanged if they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with a 25% restocking fee. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive your item. -
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including any open items, used items, or custom items (such as special orders). -
Return Process:
To begin the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at hello@kbeautyscalppro.com. Provide your order number, receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps. -
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. -
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation on whether your request was approved or not. If approved, a refund with the restocking fee deducted from the amount will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 15-30 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
2. Warranty Information

Device Warranty:
Some devices come with a 6-month limited warranty, starting from the purchase date. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or general wear and tear. -
Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at hello@kbeautyscalppro.com. You will need to provide your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect (if applicable). Our team will review your claim and assist you in resolving the issue. -
Replacement or Repair:
If your device is covered under warranty, we will either replace the item or repair it, depending on the circumstances.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately as of receiving the product. Provide your receipt and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for the return of the item and provide a full refund or send a replacement, at no additional cost to you.
